Bookings can be made via Facebook Messenger or by telephone or Whatsapp on 07572109127
All bookings for aesthetics treatments require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment price and will be deducted from the price of your treatment.
Deposits are required within 24hours of booking. If your deposit is not received within this time frame, this will result in your appointment being offered to other clients.
Cancellation and Lateness
We understand that sometimes, life can get in the way and it may be necessary to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
If you do need to cancel or rearrange, the following will apply:
Over 48h notice: appointments can be rearranged and your deposit moved free of charge,
24-48h notice: your appointment will be rearranged but your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment,
Less than 24h/ no show: your deposit will be lost and you may not be booked back in for another appointment until the full cost of the missed treatment has been paid.
Appointments will only be rearranged once. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation.
Please allow plenty of time to get to your appointment. There is parking available for 1 customer but on the road parking is limited so please allow additional time for parking.
Lateness may result in the treatment not being completed in full or at all.
Please contact us at your earliest opportunity if you are running late and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
If your treatment cannot go ahead or can only be completed in part due to lateness, your deposit will be lost and full payment will be due.
General
General enquiries can be made via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger and we aim to respond to all messages within one business day.
We ask that you attend alone for appointments, as guests may cause distractions to both client and practitioner. We have waiting areas outside of the clinic at our locations if necessary.
Please do not bring children with you to your appointment as we operate in a clinical environment.
Appointments should be made after childcare arrangements have been secured.
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive aesthetic treatments and photo id will be required so please bring this along with you to your appointment.
For our beauty services, under 16s must attend with an adult and the adult must sign consent for the treatment to take place.
If a patch test is required before your chosen treatment, this should be done 48 hours in advance and you will be asked to attend clinic in order for this to be performed. If the patch test is not carried out, the treatment will not go ahead and your deposit will be lost.
If a consultation is required before your chosen treatment, this should be done 7 days in advance and you will be asked to attend the clinic in order for this to be performed. If the consultation is not carried out, the treatment will not go ahead and your deposit will be lost.
We operate a zero tolerance to rude or abusive behaviour and have the right to refuse treatment.
Any offers or promotions are subject to restrictions which will be set out in the terms and conditions of the offers.
We will always conduct a thorough consultation before treatment and are happy to discuss any queries or concerns you may have about the treatment. We will work with you to ensure you fully understand the treatment you are scheduled to receive and any reservations should be addressed before a booking is made, as cancellation policy will apply.
We are unable to offer refunds.
By booking an appointment and paying your deposit, you are agreeing to receive the scheduled treatment performed and agreeing to the policies set out.
We have put these policies in place to protect ourselves and our business.
